Our hand-balancing workshops are challenging, educational and intense all in one. It is our intention to give as much individual help and case by case personal assistance while also explaining the general approach to handstand training and learning process.
When possible, we teach together which allows us to give more individual attention to each student.
We do not run a generic series of hand-balancing exercises, but instead give each student meaningful tasks and advice that will help them progress on their personal journey.
We also cover many of the methods included in our online courses, but in a more in-depth, hands-on manner.
Both the Beginner and the Intermediate / Advanced workshop can be run in either a one or two day format.
