A whole series of videos in this course are dedicated to learning the all important ‘press up’ into a handstand. We also introduce a range of different entries into a handstand and work on long, dynamic sequences which introduce you to combining fast movement patterns with static holds. We also make extensive use of cartwheels for the beginning stages of developing the one arm handstand.

The Intermediate course is the gateway and a turning point which takes you out of the ‘beginner level’ category. It takes you through the series of higher difficulty exercises and brings you to the footsteps of the advanced level of balance.
